Terms of Service
Effective April 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Ittineria, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person.
3. Subscription terms
Ittineria offers an optional subscription for AI features and unlimited trips.
- Monthly. US$1.99 per month.
- Yearly. US$14.99 per year.
Prices may vary by region as shown in the App Store or Play Store at purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
On Android, equivalent terms apply through Google Play. Manage your subscription from the Play Store.
4. AI-generated content
AI suggestions — activity ideas, durations, accommodation neighborhoods, travel tips, full trip drafts — are generated by language models and may be inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Always verify critical information (hours, prices, availability, safety, entry requirements) from primary sources before booking or traveling.
You are responsible for your own bookings and travel decisions. Ittineria does not book flights, hotels, or activities on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Ittineria to generate or store content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our rate limits or AI quotas.
6. Your content
Your trips are yours. We store them to provide the service, back them up, and sync them across your devices. We don't claim any ownership over your trip content.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice when practical.
8. Warranties and liability
Ittineria is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be set before public launch]. Disputes go to the competent courts of the same jurisdiction.
